• Face-to-face conversation translation
• Photo and text translation features
• Second phone number services (where available)

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Phone. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Payment

Cancellation and Refunds

• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TRANSLATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. TRANSLATION QUALITY MAY VARY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR CRITICAL COMMUNICATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI PHONE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Phone Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and canceling your subscription.
